Summary Description
Assist the Supervisor/Department Head with all aspects of the department while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer ServiceCustomer RetentionOperation HandlingVendor RelationsAssist with management of A/R and AJAX reportsProcedure and Productivity Standards AdherenceAccurate and Timely shipment processing & BillingAddress and Resolve Exceptional report dailyOther tasks as per job requirements and as being assigned by company At least 2 years of experience in Ocean/Logistics/Shipping/Freight ForwardingUniversity/College graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience and understanding of ocean documentation processes is a plus.Proactive with strong organizational skills.Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluent in English.Willing to work extra hours as required.Well-organized, innovative, and self‑motivated.Able to work in a team, under high pressure and tight deadlines.
