Are you an experienced manager who can lead people, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence? We are looking for a Branch Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our branch, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the smooth execution of all key business processes. This role carries responsibility for operational results, customer satisfaction, and the continued growth of the branch.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
Provide strategic and operational leadership of the branchLead, develop, and mentor the management teamEnsure a high level of customer service and operational efficiencySupport business development activities, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate closely with the Sales teamTake responsibility for branch financial performance, cost control, and productivitySupport company initiatives, standards, and compliance processesFoster a positive company culture and strong employee engagement What Are We Looking For?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a related industryProven experience in people management and team leadershipStrong leadership and communication skillsStrategic and analytical mindsetAbility to lead change and implement effective processesCommercial awareness and the ability to build long-term customer relationshipsGood understanding of financial metrics and budget managementExcellent English language skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)Fluent Czech and advanced English language skills What Do We Offer?
