Responsibilities
Independently manage ocean freight shipments (bookings, pickups, etc.)Provide support and consulting to customers to ensure the highest service quality and develop business relationshipsCoordinate with business partners (shipping lines, etc.) and our offices worldwide to ensure smooth operationsDesign and implement customized processes (SOPs) to achieve agreed KPIs and optimize process quality Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the freight forwarding/logistics industryMinimum of 2 years of professional experience in ocean freightStructured, quality-oriented working approachStrong customer focus and team-working skillsExcellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)Fluent German language is a must
