Architect, design, and implement scalable full stack applicationsLead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategiesOversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deploymentEstablish best practices for coding, testing, and documentationConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersOptimize application performance and ensure high availabilityStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trendsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesParticipate in technical decision-making processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in full stack development2+ years of experience in a technical leadership roleStrong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or AngularExpertise in back-end development using languages like Python, Java, or Node.jsExperience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologiesProficiency in version control systems, preferably GitStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience in architecting and designing scalable, high-performance applicationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Agile development methodologiesKnowledge of security best practices in software developmentRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
