About this role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program.
You will play a key role in developing digital, data-driven and decision-support solutions that support grid planning, scenario management, grid studies and long-term investment decisions.
Working at the intersection of business, IT, data and energy, you will act as the bridge between Grid Development experts and multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.
What you will do:
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and prioritiesOwn, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlogTranslate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteriaWork closely with business experts, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT and Data teamsLead continuous discovery with end users and expert communitiesCoordinate sprint and release planning and manage cross-team dependenciesEnsure delivered solutions meet business needs and support user adoptionDrive Agile ways of working, continuous improvement and pragmatic innovationBalance business value, feasibility, risks and delivery constraints Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar roleExperience in an Agile, digital or product-oriented environmentStrong understanding of the energy sector, grid development, infrastructure or another data-intensive environmentExperience with data products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision-support solutions is a strong plusAbility to translate expert needs into clear priorities and actionable product requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable influencing multidisciplinary teams without formal authorityFluent in English and professionally comfortable in Dutch and/or FrenchMaster's degree or equivalent experience Location: Brussels
Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site
