Eva Care Group is looking for a Human Resources Manager who practices and meets objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality and productivity. The Human Resources Manager will provide support to over 1,100 employees located throughout Northern and Southern California.

Organizational Departmental PlanningPerformance Management and Implement Improvement SystemsEmployee On-boarding, Development, Needs assessment, and TrainingEmployee Safety, Welfare, Wellness and HealthSupervise Recruiting and Staffing EffortsEmployee RelationsCompensation and Benefits AdministrationRevise Job Requirements and Job DescriptionsTraining Managers and Improving Disciplinary ProtocolEnsures Legal Compliance by Monitoring and Implementing Applicable Human Resource, Federal and State RequirementsConducting InvestigationsMaintains Management Guidelines by Preparing, Updating, and Recommending Human Resource Policies and Procedures.Work with in-house Attorneys and Legal Counsel in Regards to Union Matters (CBA negotiations, grievances, etc.) Education and Experience:
(1) PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
(2) Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in the field of Liberal Arts (i.e. Business, History, etc.)
(3) Three Years of Experience Leading a Human Resource Department Required
