About this role
We are currently looking for highly customer-focused and enthusiastic IT Deskside Support Engineer with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues to support users based in Daventry.
The successful candidate should be technically competent, possess good communication skills and be willing to collaborate with the wider IT support teams.
You will be responsible for onsite technical services providing support services including; Deskside Software support, IMACD, Onsite printer support, Hands and Eyes support and T&M services.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing overall support to end users of applicable IT services Serving as an escalation point for end users related to IT servicesInterfacing with business management on the siteCase management of Incidents and IMAC’s in line with SLA’sSoftware and system fault diagnosis, analysis and fixManage / Provide support and technical expertise to projects as directedInstallation and maintenance of software productsLaptop / desktop Build & DeploymentEssential Skills:
