Your Responsibilities
We are looking for Pest Service Technicians with strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, motivated to exceed production goals, ability to provide high-quality work and contribute to a positive work environment.
Maintain service schedules for all customers on assigned route, calling customer prior to their serviceInspect/Troubleshoot pest infestations as needed to employ sound pest control strategies to maintain a pest free environment for customers on assigned routeCommunicate effectively with customers prior to, during and after service delivery in order to assess and meet their needsContinuously monitor infestation/rodent areas and pest application methods (i.e. baits, traps, etc.) after application and communicate progress to customers and operation managersRespond to customer requests in a timely mannerParticipate in ongoing training programs to constantly improve upon skill levelComplete and submit service related paperwork in a timely and orderly fashionMaintain assigned service vehicle, equipment and tools in clean/good working conditionAdhere and abide to all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehiclesResponsible for data integrity in the PestPac and other software systems used by the organizationAssist in Sentricon termite bait station checksParticipate in collections effortsAdditional projects as assigned Our Minimum Requirements
Complete a minimum of High School diploma or equivalentPosition requires successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training) and earning minimum of two CEU’s annuallyMust have valid driver license and be 18 years of ageMust have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50lbs or moreMust have excellent written and verbal communication, with particular emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondenceAbility to calculate basic mathSafety sensitive positionMust be able to work SaturdaysMust be able to pass seven-year criminal background checkMust be able to pass substance abuse testingMust be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier Your Rewards!
