About this role
Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities.Manage inventory and procurement of office and facility supplies.Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.Taking care of all statutory compliances as per CLRA.Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the plant.Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees.Assist in developing performance improvement plans and monitoring progress.Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.Vendor Management and ensure compliance to all regulationsLiaison with Government authorities for Labor licenses and other audits as and when requiredMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Prepare and provide the monthly attendance inputs to corporate.Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and industry practices.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.Exp – 6 to 10 years
