This role will Assist driver with onsite segregation of waste and packaging and videotaping and destruction of DEA Controls.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Act as a witness at customer locations where DEA controlled substances are involved.Ride along with a CDL Driver to assist with duties at their stops.Video the destruction process of DEA controlled substances and upload video into employer system.Requires up to 75% overnight travel based on routesLoad containers and supplies to truck for daily service stopsMay assist in maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with appropriate regulations and policies, practices, and procedures. Follow all Health & Safety/Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) procedures as outlined in procedures and policies. Complete paperwork legibly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Performs related work and additional duties as requested or assigned by supervisor/manager.Regular contact with external customers and different levels of personnel on a daily basis.Candidate must meet all requirements for handling DEA regulated wasteDrive non-DOT regulated vehicle to customer sites to witness regulated waste collection as needed. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications:
One or more years related experience preferred.Knowledge OSHA Regulations.Proficiency with Windows based programs (i.e. Excel and Word)Ability to operate a powered industrial truck, e.g., forklift Clean driving recordStrong attention to detailAbility to follow procedures.
