Utilizing various sourcing Job Portals like Naukri.com to find resumes as per client need.Referring Internal Database and Employee Referrals, Head Hunting etc.Handling Recruitment for IT CompanyArranging the candidates for Interview with Clients.Working on profiles in Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Back Office operations & Factory operations.Doing Job Posting, Mass Mailing etc.Sourcing resumes, Short listing candidates, Coordinating interviews.Co-ordination with the Company HR.
