Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projectsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teamsDevelop innovative and sustainable solutions for transportation infrastructure challengesEnsure compliance with local and international design standards and regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budgetConduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverablesContribute to business development efforts and proposal writingStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferredMinimum 6-10 years of experience in road(Land/Residential Development Projects) and highway engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projectsAdvanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Familiarity with Navisworks SoftwareShould have delivered projects with BIM complianceIn-depth understanding of road and highway design standards and regulationsExpertise in sustainable and innovative road design techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentProfessional Engineering (C Eng) certification or equivalent
