Perform hydraulic design of:Sewerage collection networksRising mains and gravity sewer systemsPumping stationsSewage Treatment Plants (STPs)Hydraulic calculations using Manning's equation and other relevant methods.Design sewer sizes, slopes, flow velocities and hydraulic profiles.Prepare Longitudinal Sections (L-Sections) and hydraulic grade lines.Analyze wet weather flow, infiltration and inflow.Design pumping systems and pump head calculations.Process Design
Prepare process design calculations for STPs.Selection and sizing of:ScreensGrit ChambersEqualization TanksPrimary ClarifiersBiological Reactors (ASP, MBBR, SBR, MBR etc.)Secondary ClarifiersTertiary Treatment UnitsSludge Handling SystemsPrepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).Develop Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).Design sludge treatment and reuse systems.Prepare mass balance and hydraulic calculations.Design Deliverables
