Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related software, ensuring compliance with Indian electrical standards and project specificationsCreate 2D schematics and single-line diagrams with precision and clarityGenerate comprehensive construction drawings from BIM models for seamless project executionCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design clashes and conflicts proactivelyPerform clash detection and interface coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Prepare detailed electrical layouts encompassing power distribution, lighting systems, cable routing, and containment solutionsEnsure all designs adhere to local regulations, project requirements, and established BIM standardsSupport design teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications to maintain project momentumAssist in preparing quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and coordination drawings for procurement and construction phasesMeet project deadlines consistently while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detailSupport the BIM management team in delivering high-quality digital outputs and facilitating seamless information sharing across discipline teamsContribute to the development and refinement of the MEP content library to enhance team efficiencyMentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in BIM electrical modeling on complex projectsAdvanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revizto for electrical system modelingDemonstrated experience working on collaborative platforms and Common Data Environments (CDE), particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of electrical systems, Indian electrical codes and standards, and comprehensive BIM workflowsProven expertise in clash detection, coordination drawings, and interdisciplinary design coordinationSolid understanding of power distribution systems, lighting design, cable management, and electrical containment systemsExperience with quantity take-offs and BOQ preparationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex design challengesStrong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and quality assuranceEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teamsDemonstrated capability to mentor and support junior team membersProficiency in time management with a proven track record of meeting project deadlinesPreferred: Experience on projects within the Indian market or South Asian region
