Conduct comprehensive HSE inspections across all operational areas and facilities
Prepare detailed HSE reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations
Raise and document non-compliances and safety violations in accordance with regulatory standards
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and preventative measures
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and organisational policies
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification across work areas
BSc in Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 10 years of experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management within mega construction projectsNEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent HSE qualificationDemonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive HSE inspections and auditsProficiency in incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysisStrong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulatory standardsCompetency in risk assessment and hazard identification techniques
