Daily site supervision and monitoring of construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specificationsConduct regular site inspections and document findings, including quality checks and compliance verificationPrepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and photographic recordsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve site-related issuesAnalyze technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologiesMonitor and enforce site safety protocols and ensure all personnel comply with health and safety regulationsAssist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and identification of potential delays or risksMaintain organized records of site activities, material deliveries, and equipment usageCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding site progress and any emerging concernsSupport quality assurance processes and assist in resolving construction defects or non-conformances
