We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized CAD Detailer/Technician to join our transportation infrastructure team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise and comprehensive CAD drawings and technical specifications for bridge structures and transportation projects. You will work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction documents that meet industry standards and project requirements. Develop detailed CAD drawings and construction documents for bridge structures, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailsPrepare technical specifications and coordinate drawings with engineering designs and project requirementsAnalyze design information and convert complex engineering concepts into clear, accurate CAD models and documentationReview drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practicesCollaborate with structural engineers, project teams, and clients to incorporate feedback and revisions efficientlyOrganize and maintain comprehensive drawing files, documentation, and project records in a systematic mannerSupport project schedules by delivering drawings and documentation on time without compromising qualityEnsure all CAD work adheres to company standards, naming conventions, and quality control proceduresCommunicate technical information clearly to team members and stakeholdersStay current with CAD software updates, tools, and industry best practices in bridge design and detailing Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent design platforms2-5 years of professional experience in CAD detailing, drafting, or technical design rolesStrong knowledge of bridge design, structural detailing, and transportation infrastructure principlesSolid understanding of construction standards, building codes, and design specifications relevant to bridge projectsExcellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawingsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering designs and convert them into detailed CAD documentationProficiency in organizing and managing technical files, documentation, and project informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsAbility to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standardsExperience with bridge or infrastructure projects is preferredFamiliarity with transportation infrastructure standards and design guidelines is advantageousKnowledge of additional design software or visualization tools is a plus
