We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architectural Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of port, terminal, and infrastructure facilities to ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough architectural inspections of port facilities, terminals, and infrastructure projects to verify compliance with approved designs and specificationsAnalyze structural integrity and architectural components, documenting findings in detailed inspection reportsAssess construction quality and adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsIdentify deficiencies, non-conformances, and areas requiring corrective action, and communicate findings to project stakeholdersPerform site measurements and photographic documentation to support inspection records and regulatory complianceReview architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to establish inspection criteriaCoordinate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve inspection-related issuesMaintain organized records of all inspections, test results, and compliance documentationEnsure all inspection activities comply with local and international safety protocols and regulationsPrepare comprehensive reports and recommendations based on inspection findings and analysis Proven experience conducting architectural inspections in port, terminal, or infrastructure environmentsStrong knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, and regulatory compliance requirementsProficiency in analyzing structural components and assessing architectural integrityExperience with CAD software and digital inspection documentation systemsExcellent organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detailAbility to interpret architectural drawings and technical specificationsProficiency in using measurement tools and inspection equipmentStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with port and terminal operations (preferred)Architectural inspection certification or equivalent professional credential (preferred)Safety certifications relevant to construction and infrastructure inspection (preferred)Knowledge of Middle East construction standards and regulations (preferred)
