We're looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join our organization in Minya, Egypt. In this role, you will lead the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex building projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet all regulatory standards and project requirements.
Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components using industry-standard software and toolsLead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on design methodologies and best practicesCoordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs to ensure seamless integration and optimal building performanceConduct detailed analysis of building systems, energy modeling, and code compliance to meet local and international standardsPrepare technical documentation, specifications, and construction drawings while managing project timelines, budgets, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve design conflicts
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum 10+ years of professional experience in MEP design and building systems engineeringAdvanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP-specific design softwareComprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems design principles, building codes, and international standardsDemonstrated experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior staffExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailProven project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across disciplines
