Design and develop civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, including structural analysis, feasibility studies, and technical specificationsConduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to evaluate project conditions and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KuwaitPrepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation using CAD software and other industry-standard toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and deliveryAnalyze project data and conduct engineering calculations to support design decisions and optimize project outcomesSupervise construction activities and monitor quality assurance to ensure all work meets relevant industry standards and specificationsStay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our engineering solutionsIdentify and resolve engineering challenges through creative problem-solving and analytical thinkingCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to maintain transparency and foster collaborative relationships We are seeking talented Civil Engineers who possess:
**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in CAD software and engineering design toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in team environments and embrace diversity and inclusionKnowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project managementFamiliarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards applicable in KuwaitDemonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently**Preferred Qualifications:**
