About this role
The Private Dining Lead serves as the liaison between the event sales team and event execution team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events and each client’s expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.
Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requestsCoordinates client requests in a timely mannerDevelops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining eventsFollows up on special orders with management staff and kitchenPerforms other duties as required or assignedHourly rate: $24.00
1+ year in a similar roleHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious hospitality or retail experienceOutstanding communication and relationship-building skillsProficient computer skills Detail-oriented in writing and physical spacesJob Requirements
