Key responsibilities:
Support the team in conducting technical assessments of commercial properties (so called technical due diligence -TDD) and assist in the preparation of due diligence reports for corporate clients and investors Support the team in preparing feasibility studies for property development or refurbishment projects, as well as in monitoring the execution of such projectsAssist in the review and analysis of technical documentation, drawings, and reports Provide support in monitoring costs, timelines, and quality throughout planning, design, permitting, construction, and project delivery Assist with tasks related to the day-to-day management of projects Support the verification of compliance with applicable Spanish and EU regulations and standards Assist in assessing or certifying the Sustainability- or ESG status of buildingsCollaborate with internal (international) teams and support the timely delivery of high-quality projects IMPORTANT: Holding an Active Student Status and having the possibility to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution (Convenio de Prácticas)Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or a related fieldInterest in the Real Estate sectorStrong consulting and analytical skillsHigh communication skills, proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibilityA high level of English and Spanish is required (C1) To ensure your work-life balance, we offer the option of mobile workingWe promote your professional and personal development through individually tailored student mentoringMake valuable contacts within Drees & Sommer and expand your professional networkModern workplace and equipment; Teams meetings and participation in corporate workshopsReceive compensation that gives you financial independence during your studies
