We are hiring to our team: Enterprise Architect
Enterprise Architect is responsible / accountable for development and optimization of IT architecture on Enterprise level: for this purpose this role caries out analysis and evaluation of customer and technical requirements; develops implementation concepts and holds accountability for implementation.
Enterprise Architect assumes responsibility / accountability for all interactions of components, systems, functions from the network to the point of interaction with the customer; in this context, this role designs a comprehensive vision and co-create strategy taking into account high level business requirements and implications, with a view to sustainability.
Among previous, this role identifies and evaluates innovations in technology fields and being actively involved with implementation within the Group and in the industry (standardization, open source communities, suppliers, interest groups, patents, etc.)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design, develop, test, implement and support ICT components and applications in order to deliver quality standard product portfolio.Build and develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization, and standardization to satisfy efficiency and automation requirements.Provide advice or information at request or at own initiative to all relevant employees or customers regarding technical aspects of products.Provide project deliverables to fulfil the project scope.Consult and implement new innovative technologies to satisfy innovation strategy.Provide overall solutions and principles in planning, developing, and implementing new products to satisfy business requirements.Design, develop, and implement architecture of services Mentor and train co-workers to spread knowledge level and develop their skills.Act as key technical lead and solve and coordinate activities across related technologies/outside own team.Provide consulting services to project teams on areas of expertise.Research and development in assigned technology, determine business requirements, propose changes and develop implementation plans.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
Have 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or solution architectureBring proven hands‑on experience with B2B data platforms and integrationsHave worked in large, complex, multi‑system enterprise environments, aligning architecture across teams and domainsDemonstrate a strong understanding of modern data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architecturesHave solid experience designing solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPApply proven integration patterns, including API‑first, event‑driven, streaming, and EDI approachesShow solid knowledge of:
Data governance, data quality, and metadata management
Analytics, BI, and emerging AI/ML architectures
Are familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (or similar)
Think strategically with a systems‑level, enterprise mindsetClearly communicate complex architecture concepts to non‑technical stakeholdersInfluence decisions and outcomes without direct authorityApproach challenges with a structured, pragmatic, and outcome‑focused mindsetNice to Have
Experience in B2B domains such as telecom, manufacturing, logistics, finance, or SaaSA hands‑on background in data engineering or integration developmentAn enterprise architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) Benefits

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100 € /brutto.
