About this role
Purpose
Country Security Officer steers the implementation of security requirements into the business processes and controls the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation. Holder of the position is responsible for the identification of critical or security-relevant company assets, as well as their security concepts, emergency and crisis management, commitment and operationalizing the superordinate security program and local activities.
Country Security Officer is authorized to issue instructions to all subordinate legal entities within the assigned legal entity. In particular, the role is mandated to define security guidelines for subordinate units within the assigned legal entity. Holder of the position is responsible for the maintenance and further development of the security management systems and the associated matrix certification.

Have a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Security Management, or a related field.Bring proven experience in Security Management.Hold a Certified Cybersecurity Manager certification, or are willing to obtain it.Demonstrate advanced knowledge of:IT strategy practices and methodologiesEnterprise architecture and security architectureThird-party auditing and cloud risk assessment methodologiesCommunicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Deliver clear and impactful presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive initiatives.Have advanced English language proficiency (C1).Possess German language skills, which would be considered a strong advantage. Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1900 € /brutto.
