This is the first priority: prospect, qualify and close new business across Italy's manufacturing industry. Sell consultatively. Understand each customer's business case before bringing in technical resources. Grow the existing base. Drive renewals, additional seats and modules, and win back lapsed customers Lead the market with our partners. Work partners, and take accountability for results across the whole Italian market. Make customers productive fast. Coordinate technical presales and implementation with technical teams, and build local technical capability as the business grows. Run the business on data. Manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
