Job Title: Filament Winding TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team in the filament winding area, where you will be involved in the production of various poles, including light and lamp posts, as well as large 45-55 ft distribution poles. Responsibilities • Participate in the assembly and production processes in the filament winding area. • Utilize hand and power tools to construct poles efficiently. • Operate machinery and overhead cranes in a safe and effective manner. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate product creation. • Engage in various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to move around. Essential Skills • Experience with assembly and general labor in a manufacturing or production setting. • Proficiency in using hand and power tools. • Ability to operate overhead cranes and machinery. • Understanding of blueprints and construction processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Background in construction or farmhand work. • Preference for varied tasks and an active work style.
