Job Title: Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves performing mechanical assembly operations and labeling of components, assemblies, or subassemblies. You will work under close supervision to ensure the precise assembly and accurate reporting of tasks. Responsibilities • Follow detailed verbal or written instructions. • Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive mechanical assembly operations. • Manually assemble inserted components using visual aids, verifying specifications. • Inspect parts to ensure correct assembly. • Utilize scanners and hand tools for assembly tasks. • Accurately report assembly work. • Work under direct supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager. • Adhere to safety rules and regulations. • Comply with all procedures within the company security policy. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Essential Skills • Proficiency with assembly tasks. • Experience using hand tools. • Ability to work in a warehouse environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with hand and power tools. • Ability to lift 35 lbs. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
