Full Job Description Arenal Hospitality Ltd T/A The Rendezvous at Model Farm Road, Cork is looking for 3 experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience is required. Able to work in a fast paced environment and produce high quality of food. Other duties include assisting the head chef to cook, prepare and develop new menus, monitoring food and waste control and being responsible to train junior chefs.
