Position Details:
SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE 10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience NO CONTRACT 3400 Details:
• Bed Numbers: 18 • Nurse to Patient Ratio: Blended unit some med surg 6:1, step down 4:1 • Patient Population: Primarily step-down patients, cardiac drips set rates, post procedural patients, cardioversions, bipap, airvo, chest tubes, post pacemakers BLS/ACLS/NIHSS common diagnosis of CHF, COPD, CKD 3500 Details:
• Bed Numbers: 26 • Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4:1 possible 5:1 • Patient Population: stepdown patients cardiac drips set rates, cardiac drips set rates, post procedural patients, cardioversions, bipap, airvo, chest tubes, post pacemakers BLS/ACLS/NIHSS common diagnosis of CHF, COPD, CKD Qualifications:
• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. • Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
