About this role
Admission Process - To ensure the students enrolment in alignment wuth entty requirements of respective programmes in each intake of assessment year; - To monitor and issue letter of offer within 3 days of receiving approval from Programme Coordinators, following the student's completion of the application ; and - To ensure the application process and registration are delivered smoothly and comply with quality objective of Departmental, the application and registration system (online/manual) are operated effectively.
Managing Student's Records, - To monitor the compilation process of student personal data and candidature within 2 weeks after intake; - To ensure that students' personal data is protected under regulations of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010; - To manage the reporting to the Management (number of applications, offer letters, registration, withdrawal and deferment) at each intake and quarterly assessment; and - To prepare reports for the management on student enrolment numbers and relevant information for the quarterly business target.
Academic Management System - To establish an efficient and effective academic management system to ensure academic programmes run smoothly at each Academic Session; and - To produce the Academic Calendar for each Academic Session and maintain the updated information if the academic infrastruture and facilities.
International Student Unit - To oversee the international student support services; - To foster effective relationships with key external stakeholders (immigration Department, EMGS) and partner universities; and - To assist Marketing and Student Advancement to establish and deliver recruitment strategies in designated overseas market.;
Standard ISO210001:2018 and Management System for Educational Organization (EOMS) - To ensure the documentations related to admission is updated and comply with guidelines of Standard ISO 210001:2018 and EOMS.
