Job Description
• Assemble customer meals and snacks, including late orders, according to portion standards.
• Deliver meals and snacks and provide courteous meal service.
• Collect soiled trays, crockery, and utensils after each meal service.
• Conduct meal accuracy checks.
• Facilitate customer menu selections.
• Participate in in-house catering and special event setup.
• Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, containers, and crockery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and service counters per food safety and Infection Control standards.
• Replenish supplies and verify stock levels as directed.
• Receive, label, and arrange food items and supplies in storage areas.
• Report equipment malfunction, safety concerns, or food quality issues promptly.
• Provide courteous and responsive service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
• Record meal service data and simple operational documentation.
• Comply with Halal, food hygiene, and hospital safety standards in all tasks.
• Operate meal distribution equipment, and cleaning tools safely.
• Follow shift-closing procedures, including area cleaning, waste segregation, and equipment shutdown. • Job Requirement
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.
