• Annual Shutdown & Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute electrical shutdowns with minimal disruption • Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure system reliability • Lighting & Lightning Systems: Inspect, maintain, and upgrade lighting and lightning protection systems • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards • Project Management: Lead electrical projects from planning to completion • Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication • Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system issues • Provide technical guidance to team members and clients • Training for the staff and certifying them to do the basic electrical works onsite. • Vendor & Team Supervision: Oversee contractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery • Mentor junior staff and coordinate team activities • Client Engagement & Presentation: Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and present solutions • Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations
