Mauve Group is seeking to engage an experienced HR Consultant with strong expertise in Netherlands employment law and practical HR to support our Global HR Consultancy & Employment Advisory team. We welcome applications from consultants based in the Netherlands, as well as those based elsewhere who can demonstrate comprehensive and practical knowledge of Netherlands employment law, HR practices and the local employment environment. This is a freelance consultancy role, and the successful consultant must be demonstrably self-employed. The opportunity may also suit individuals who wish to complement their existing employment or consultancy portfolio, provided they have the capacity and flexibility to undertake additional consultancy assignments. The successful consultant will support Mauve Group and its clients on an ad hoc, project-based basis, providing employment law guidance alongside practical HR advice and solutions.
