Account Manager South-West - Moerdijk - €2,950.00 - €4,250.00 per month - Internal - 40 hour At Charlie works, we are looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and hands-on Account Manager to strengthen our operations in the South-West region. As an Account Manager South-West, you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and further developing relationships with our clients in the South-West region. You act as an important link between our clients and the internal teams of Charlie works, ensuring that our staffing services meet client expectations and operational agreements. You understand that successful account management goes beyond maintaining relationships. You actively monitor client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, address operational challenges, and take ownership of issues until they are resolved. You regularly visit clients, maintain close contact with decision-makers, and ensure that Charlie works is seen as a reliable, professional, and proactive staffing partner. You have a strong commercial mindset, but you never lose sight of operational feasibility, profitability, and the overall interests of Charlie works. This is a full-time position focused on the South-West region, with regular visits to client locations.
