Leading and maintaining day-to-day accounting operationsManaging accounting analysis, posts entriesControlling the chart of accounts and managing the reconciliationsSupporting international accounting processesEnsuring all accounting transactions are on time and in accordance with the legislationMonitoring bank transactions postings and checking bank trial balances with the treasury teamProvide leadership in maintaining accurate and timely statutory accounting operationsPlanning and monitoring of month-end and annual financial closing processesMonitoring and analyzing and reviewing all balance sheet itemsDevelop and realize process improvementsDevelops best practice accounting solutions Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeCPA certificate is a plusExcellent command of both written and spoken EnglishMinimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting operationsExtensive accounting knowledge (local accounting regulations, Turkish Accounting Standards)Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skillsStrong interest in accounting and long-term career goal in the accounting fieldStrong ability to apply several accounting and reporting systemsPassionate to work in a dynamic environmentExperience leading an accounting teamUnderstanding and management of balance sheet and accounting operationsAdvanced Office experience, including advanced use of ExcelSolid accounting knowledgeMust be a self-starter, results-driven, and capable of working autonomouslyHunger to learnSelf-starter Perks for you!
