The day to day:
Crafts high-quality drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to detailWarmly welcomes guests, creating an engaging and energetic first impressionMaintains strong situational awareness, anticipating guest needs and supporting team flowOffers confident recommendations on cocktails, wine, and beer, demonstrating solid menu knowledgeApplies expert knowledge of spirits and mixology, sharing engaging stories and fun facts when appropriateBuilds strong guest rapport, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returningEnsures accurate order-taking, manages tabs efficiently, and coordinates seamlessly with the kitchenPersonalizes service for special occasions and dietary needs, with careful attention to allergies and preferencesCollaborates effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth, coordinated serviceWorks with purpose and urgency, even during peak service hoursMaintains the bar’s organization and readiness, checks stock levels, supports inventory, and ensures cleanlinessWilling to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed Valid Smart Serve certification requiredProven experience in event service or hospitality Excellent food and wine knowledge and ability to describe A passion for guest service and creating memorable momentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to remain composed under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environmentsAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysThis is a part time positionLegally eligible to work in Canada This is a current vacancy
Wage: $17.95 (+ gratuities)
