The Day to Day:
Execute delegated preparation and service tasks as directed by the Sous Chefs and ChefPrepare and cook breakfast dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detailEnsure all plates meet O&B quality standards, presentation, and timing standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation at all timesThrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment during peak breakfast serviceUphold proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practicesDemonstrate a commitment to cooking with high-quality ingredientsContribute creative ideas to features and menu improvementsContinuously develop culinary skills and expand product knowledgeSupport a collaborative team environment built on professionalism and respectShare an absolute dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experienceOther duties as required Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in breakfast or brunch serviceStrong understanding of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety standardsAbility to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent time management skills and attention to detailAbility to follow recipes and direction while maintaining quality and consistencyStrong communication skills and a collaborative team mindsetReliable, punctual, and highly organizedMust be available to work early morning shifts on weekdays and weekendsFlexible availability, including holidays as requiredLegally eligible to work in Canada AI Disclosure
