Position Summary
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Posting domestic and foreign purchase invoicesAnalyzing GR/IR accounts and investigating quantity and value discrepancies related to purchase orders on an ongoing basisVerifying and posting business travel expense claims and employee expense reimbursementsReviewing documents for formal, accounting, and tax complianceMonitoring accounts receivable and preparing payments reminderReconciling balance sheet and profit & loss accountsActively participating in month-end and year-end closing processesSupporting the preparation of financial statements and group reportingAssisting with the preparation of tax returns and tax-related reportingCooperating with external auditors during financial auditCollaborating with internal departments and international finance teamsParticipating in accounting and tax projects, as well as initiatives aimed at improving financial processes WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting roleBachelor-level degree in economics, finance, business administration or other fieldPractical knowledge of accounting processes within General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Good knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax regulations, particularly VAT and CITEnglish proficiency at a level enabling effective everyday communication, both written and spokenExcellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasksStrong attention to detail, accuracy and a high level of diligencePreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP systemPrevious professional experience gained within an international organization and/or a manufacturing environment. WHAT YOU’LL GET
