Job Responsibilities:
Construct financial analyses, including building complex modelsPerform technology, industry, and company-specific researchDraft client presentations, pitch books, reports, letters, or memorandaAssist with intellectual property landscape analysis and evaluation of patents/patent portfolios for salabilityIdentify and engage contacts at target companiesInteract with clients and management teams Required Qualifications:
Pursuing undergraduate business degree in finance, accounting or bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or hard or computer science with applicable work experienceRelevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and/or intellectual property preferredExcellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detailAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong financial modeling skills, including advanced understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and flexibilitySelfstarter with strong sense of ownership and urgencyGreat attitude and client presenceAbility to go to the office 2-3 a weekApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and/or intellectual property preferredPhysical and Mental Job Qualifications

Our flexible work environment allows employees to work remotely, when neededA reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $30-$34 per hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
