About this role

As an Associate of our Construction Advisory practice, you will support the delivery of claims and dispute engagements through data analysis, research, and structured documentation. You will work within a team environment to develop your technical expertise in delay analysis, Quantum Analysis, contract interpretation, and dispute advisory.

This role provides the opportunity to gain exposure to complex international projects across EMEA & APAC, building a strong foundation in forensic construction advisory.

Job Responsibilities

Claims Analysis & Development

Assist in the preparation of EOT claims and Quantum/delay analysisSupport the reporting manager review and assessment of project schedules, contemporaneous records and progress updatesCompile, organise, and validate project data and recordsDocumentation & Reporting

Contribute to the preparation of claims submissions, reports, and client presentationsEnsure all documentation is accurate, traceable, and well-structuredAssist in drafting clear and concise technical narrativesContract & Data Review

Review contractual documents and project correspondence to support analysisConduct research on contractual principles and industry practicesCollaboration & Development

Work closely with Senior Associates and Managers to deliver high-quality outputsParticipate in team discussions, reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiativesBuild capability in delay analysis techniques and dispute processes Required

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline2–3 years of experience in:Project planning/scheduling, ORContract administration, ORQuantity surveyingBasic understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project)Strong attention to detail and communication skillsPreferred

Exposure to international or Middle East projectsInternship or experience in claims/disputes advisoryKnowledge of delay analysis conceptsStrong interest in developing a career in construction disputes and advisory Some of the Benefits We Have Include
