Lead and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with Jisr partners in all solutions areasknowledgeable of the partner’s propositions, their markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities.Ensures partner account of the vision, strategies, and capabilities of the allianceMaintains updates to the partner on the latest developments of their alliance accountProvides feedback to the partners if neededDevelops and executes attainable and strategic plans with the market needsBuilds multi-level relationships with its partners including those at the executive levelProduces high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners in terms of marketing strategiescoordinates with sales departments to launch partner sales planning and opportunitiesDevelop the Division’s functional strategy in line with the Organizational strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal incorporation with other interfacing functional strategies acrossDirect the Development of the daily work plans and initiatives in line with the functional strategyEstablish a process for setting targets and goals, and authenticate the Division’s scorecard and KPIsDevelop and supervise key businesses, financial risk management operations, and mitigation tactics within the DivisionEnsure the documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectivenessEnsure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellenceMonitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures 6-10 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is requiredMaster’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
