About this role
Create, support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, with a specific focus on the IT & Gaming department. To support role, assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives.
Achieve sales and profitability targets for your storeEnsure all IT Gaming Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reportingWork collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customersMaintain a high standard of pricing integrity across the IT & Gaming DepartmentCross train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of IT & Gaming Department products and servicesEnsure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative standards, including meeting responsibilities outlined in the CGA or other legislationContribute to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention and management of controllable expensesAssist the Store Management team, where required, in all daily operational aspects of the storeContinuously improve skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and participation in other development opportunitiesKeep informed of industry trends and market developmentsBuild and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to further develop this role and present recommendations to Management accordingly At least two years retail operations experienceDemonstrated experience overseeing / coordinating the activities of team If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
