Primary Function of Position:
As part of the regional Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant (fix term role) is responsible for supporting the Italian marketing team with programs, projects, customer events and communications.
We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who can manage tasks and information in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and organize activities, documentation, and priorities, with a primary focus on:Creation and approval of Marketing promotional materialsManagement and tracking of the Marketing budgetCoordination of Italian HQ demo room bookingsManagement of demo room material ordersManagement of operational workflows related to Marketing event recruitmentUpdating SFDC for Marketing event managementManagement of contracts for local eventsMonitor deadlines and track the progress of ongoing activitiesCoordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

This position may be filled at a different job level than listed here depending on
business need and/or on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
