Position Summary: The International WELL Building Institute is looking for an individual with a strong interest in health and wellness in the built environment and a passion for collaborating and driving change. This position will report to the Vice President involve a combination project management, administration, and communication activities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain status of team projects and assist Vice President in managing deadlinesCoordinate team resources to ensure effective allocation of staff timeParticipate in meetings and calls with external parties and providing follow-up communicationManage communications between departments of IWBI and partner organizationsOffice administration, including assisting with expense reporting, guest registration, and file management Candidate Profile & Prerequisites:
Strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environmentExceptional writing skills: detail-oriented, with impeccable attention to accuracy and consistencyActive communicator: articulate, assertive and confidentResponsive, quick, and able to quickly change task priorities without loosing track of existing workloadExperience with project management software or equivalent
Candidate Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Building Sciences, Public Health)Familiarity with LEED certification process Compensation: Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with prior experience.
