About this role
Support Veterans through focused audiology evaluations performed within an established healthcare program serving the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). This role is well suited for Audiologists who value clinical autonomy, organized workflows, and meaningful patient interaction, and meaningful patient interaction within a professionally managed setting.
This position focuses on audiological disability evaluations and documentation using established Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). No hearing aid dispensing, treatment planning, or ongoing audiology care responsibilities are required.
This role offers a focused evaluation-based workflow with minimal administrative distraction and no ongoing treatment panel responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to established international clinical sites supporting Veteran evaluation servicesConduct audiological evaluations and diagnostic testing for Veterans and service members in accordance with established DBQ guidelinesAssess service-related audiological conditions, hearing impairments, and associated functional impact with clear clinical documentationRefer patients for additional specialty evaluation when clinically appropriateComplete accurate medical records and required evaluation documentation within established 48-hour case timelinesCollaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support coordinated evaluation workflows and timely case completionMaintain clinical quality standards, HIPAA compliance, and organizational documentation requirements Requirements
Doctorate degree in Audiology requiredCurrent unrestricted Audiology license in the U.S., U.S. Territory, or Canada, and current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross requiredExperience providing audiology care for adult patientsValid U.S. Passport or Passport from Country of Record requiredAbility to complete documentation and case submission requirements within established 48-hour turnaround timelinesPreferred

Compensation Disclaimer:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
