About this role
We're looking for a Technology Analyst & Test Lead to establish and lead our testing capability while driving high-quality analysis across technology projects and strategic initiatives. You'll lead testing governance, quality assurance and release readiness while also partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes and ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and leading Zelora's Testing Capability
Develop and implement Zelora's testing strategy, standards, governance and quality frameworksEstablish scalable testing processes, templates, repositories and ways of workingIntroduce quality gates, risk-based testing approaches, metrics and reportingLead and mentor testing capability across internal teams and external delivery partnersDriving Testing and Release Delivery
Develop end-to-end test plans, schedules, estimates and testing approaches across multiple initiativesCoordinate functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, smoke, sanity and operational readiness testingManage testing risks, dependencies, environments and release readiness activitiesEnsure traceability, testing coverage and quality outcomes are achieved prior to deploymentChampioning Quality and Continuous Improvement
Establish and lead defect management processes, triage and quality reportingAnalyse quality trends and identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomesBuild reusable testing assets, templates and test repositoriesIdentify opportunities to introduce automation and improve testing efficiencyMaintain quality metrics, testing dashboards and release readiness controlsLeading Technology Analysis
Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with technology stakeholdersDocument business, functional and non-functional requirementsDevelop business requirements documents, user stories and acceptance criteriaProduce process maps and identify opportunities for improvementSupport solution design and ensure requirements are fully traceable throughout deliveryPartner with business teams to coordinate UAT and operational acceptance activitiesBuilding Strong Business Partnerships
Collaborate closely with technology, project and business leadersPartner with vendors, implementation partners and external solution providersProvide clear communication on testing progress, risks, dependencies and quality outcomes You are an experienced testing and quality professional with strong business analysis skills and a passion for improving how technology is delivered.
You bring:
8+ years' experience in software testing, quality assurance and technology delivery environmentsDemonstrated experience establishing or maturing testing practices, governance frameworks and quality processesStrong Technical Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops and stakeholder engagementExperience delivering testing across Agile and Waterfall environmentsExposure to transformation programs, SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, ERP, CRM and integration projectsStrong understanding of SDLC, release management, defect management, risk management and quality assurance principlesExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityThe ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and drive outcomesA hands-on, pragmatic and continuous improvement mindset
Highly Desirable
Experience with test management platforms and test automation frameworksExperience implementing testing governance within a growing or evolving organisationExposure to Azure DevOps, Jira or similar delivery and testing toolsRelevant certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, CCBA or Agile certifications Why Join Zelora?
