Your mission at IntegriChain:
To help ensure success of high quality and on time delivery of rebate claims processing for IntegriChain’s Managed Services Customers.
What this role entails:
Process Managed Care RebatesDownload, log and track rebate and contract submissionsRun and create reports/analysis in Excel spreadsheets and other software packages to support payment reviews and approvalsEnsure rebate calculations are in compliance with contractual termsReconcile and document any rebate variancesResolve errors and disputes within the rebate system based on defined set of rules and proceduresFollow and ensure compliance with defined business processes and pre-established guidelines to perform analyst functionsProvide updates to team leads/management as required on delivery status of assigned tasksEnsure department SLA’s and quality expectations are metPrepare and analyze ad hoc reportingSupport ad hoc projectsWhat success looks like in this role:
Rebate claims are delivered on time and are of high qualityData and contracts are downloaded within required SLAsCompliance with department business processesProactive and clear communication with Team Lead and other business partners What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail, along with strong troubleshooting and data analysis skillsAbility to adapt to changeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teamsAdvanced skill in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointAbility to rapidly learn new software systems and processes
What you’ll bring to the table:
Graduate of finance, accounting, or information management preferredExperience in claims processing or handling claims utilization data is preferredPreferably worked in Insurance, Finance, and Pharma contracting domains as a Data Analyst/Claims Analyst/Rebate Analyst/Process AssociateExperience with ICyte, Model N(Flex) or Model N(Powered by N) a plusPrevious experience with Managed Care Rebates and Formulary review and determination is preferred1+ years of relevant experience, 3+years of overall experience
