Room patients and prepare them for examinationObtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and chief complaintsAssist physicians and providers with examinations and proceduresPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and suppliesPerform clinical tasks such as injections, wound care, suture removal, and specimen handling (as permitted by role/training)Assist with biopsies, surgeries, and dermatologic proceduresProvide patient education and relay provider instructionsProcess prescriptions, prior authorizations, and refill requestsSupport scheduling, charting, and electronic medical records documentationMaintain cleanliness and proper stocking of exam roomsDeliver exceptional customer service to patients and team members High school diploma or equivalent (Medical Assistant certification preferred)Minimum 1 year of medical office or clinical experience preferredDermatology experience highly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learnBilingual in English and Spanish is preferred We are looking for someone who is:
