Your Primary Focus — Phone Scheduling and receptionist duties:
Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and warmly — you're the first voice patients hearSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with accuracy, efficiency, and careGreet patients warmly when they arrive and assist as needed with check-in and out for visitsAddress patient questions about appointments, procedures, insurance, and billing both over the phone and in-personBuild rapport over the phone — patients should feel heard, valued, and excited about their upcoming visitsManage the scheduling system to ensure appointments are accurate and the schedule runs smoothlyPatient Payments: take patient payments at check in or check out and accurately record them in the patient recordSupporting the Office:
Manage patient records to ensure all information is current and preciseProcess patient payments accurately and professionallySupport the team with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative tasks as neededCommunicate effectively with patients, providers, and teammates — clear communication is everything Schedule & Pay:
Full-Time Position: 38-40 hours per weekHours: Monday–Friday scheduling typically 7:30-4:30Starting Pay: $18.50–$19.50/hour based on experience and performanceNote: Schedule may adjust for Federal holidays and staff vacation coverageYour Qualities:

Strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar environments count!). Prefer at least 18 months in a medical, med spa or dental settingExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a medical settingPreferred:
Prior experience in a medical office or patient-facing healthcare environmentFamiliarity with scheduling software or patient management systemsBasic understanding of medical insurance and billing concepts
