About this role

What you'll be doing

As the regional expert for practitioner accreditations and retention in Denmark, you'll help create exceptional experiences that enable practitioners to thrive.

Supporting Practitioner Accreditation

You'll coordinate and deliver a seamless accreditation experience by:

Managing the administration and logistics of Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) programmesCommunicating confidently with learners before, during, and after accreditationSupporting both public and private accreditation programmesMaintaining systems and platforms including D365, Zoom, and operational tracking toolsWelcoming newly accredited practitioners and helping them engage quickly with the wider Insights communityDriving Practitioner Retention

You'll play an important role in maintaining strong practitioner relationships by:

Managing Annual Licence Fee (ALF) renewals across the regionWorking closely with Sales Account Managers and Customer Success colleagues to maximise renewal successProactively engaging practitioners who may be at risk of leaving the communityDemonstrating the value and benefits of ongoing accreditation and licensingSupporting practitioners through organisational or career transitions to help them remain connected to InsightsContributing to Commercial Success

You'll help strengthen regional performance by:

Monitoring accreditation participation and renewal trendsIdentifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvementSharing regional insights with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Community Activation teamsSupporting initiatives that improve practitioner engagement and long-term retentionContributing to a collaborative global Customer Success functionDelivering Operational Excellence

You'll also:

Maintain accurate CRM records and reportingSupport finance administration activities including purchase orders and invoicingEnsure data accuracy across all practitioner recordsIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance both efficiency and customer experience What we're looking for

You'll bring:

Fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and spokenStrong organisational and coordination abilitiesExperience in administration, customer success, event delivery, learning and development, or a related fieldExcellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across a variety of audiencesConfidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual delivery platformsA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workAn interest in using data and insights to improve customer outcomesHow you'll show up
